We ship to most countries and regions. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we’ll help you confirm options.

2) Order Processing Time

Because many items are handcrafted or carefully packaged, orders typically take:

  • 1–5 business days to process (excluding weekends & public holidays)

For limited editions or made-to-order items, processing time may be longer. If this applies, we’ll note it on the product page or notify you after purchase.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical ranges:

  • Standard international shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express shipping (if available): 3–10 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, local delivery conditions, or public holidays.


4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.


5) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • The customer is responsible for paying any import fees

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, we may deduct shipping/handling costs from the refund


7) Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
