Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It is returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom / personalized orders

  • Made-to-order items (unless defective)

  • Workshops, events, or digital products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


How to Request a Return

Email us at support@craftina.cn with:

  • Order number

  • Photos (if the item is damaged/incorrect)

  • A short explanation of the issue

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unapproved returns may not be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The item(s)

  • The shipping label

We will offer a solution such as replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
